LRN-RAND Center for Corporate Ethics, Law and Governance

The LRN-RAND Center studies ways businesses can conduct operations ethically, legally and profitably at the same time. Research efforts are focused on developing objective, data-driven analysis of issues relating to corporate governance, ethics and legal compliance and legislative business reforms.

Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG)

As a Founding Member of OCEG and a member of its Leadership Council, LRN contributes to OCEG's efforts to develop a framework that will help organizations align their governance, compliance and risk management activities to drive business performance and enhance corporate cultures.

National Contract Management Association

NCMA is a society for the contract management profession. Its vision is to enable enterprises to succeed through improved buyer-seller relationships based on common values, practices and professional standards. LRN provides the curriculum for the National Contract Management Association's certificate of ethics education program and the core ethics curriculum for the NCMA's Leadership program. 

LOMA

LOMA is committed to a business partnership with its worldwide members in the insurance and financial services industry to improve their management and operations through quality employee development, research, information sharing, and related products and services.  LRN provides online education to LOMA member companies and their employees to help them identify legal and ethical risks, avoid costly mistakes and reinforce their understanding of both company values and the importance of conducting business with integrity.

Council of State Governments (CSG)

CSG is the nation’s only organization that serves the executive, judicial and legislative branches of state governments through leadership education, research and information services.  LRN provides the curriculum for the council’s legal, ethics and compliance program, which offers state governments educational tools to inspire the highest standards of conduct among state officials and employees.
