LRN selected by Honeywell as primary provider of legal research and analysis

Expands Seven-Year Partnership Between the Companies

LOS ANGELES - June 26, 2006 - LRN®, a premier provider of legal, compliance, ethics management and corporate governance solutions, and Honeywell International Inc., a diversified technology and manufacturing leader, recently expanded a seven-year partnership for ethics and compliance education to include the designation of LRN as Honeywell's primary provider of legal research and analysis.

"All legal work starts with research.  An organization can not expect to achieve positive outcomes without a strong legal research foundation," said Peter Kreindler, senior vice president and general counsel at Honeywell.  "Our partnership with LRN will ensure we make the right decisions when faced with a legal issue or business issue with legal consequences because the LRN approach relies upon expert legal knowledge, while also ensuring all legal research is conducted with increased efficiency and at a predictable price, enabling us to keep costs down."

Since 1999, LRN has worked with Honeywell to develop programs that educate employees on ethical standards and compliance matters, using systems and services that help to institutionalize ethical decision-making within the organization's culture.  Honeywell now joins other Fortune 100 corporations and leading law firms in drawing on LRN's legal research solutions.  LRN will serve both Honeywell's internal law department and its outside law firms by providing custom research on a variety of legal topics.

"Honeywell is on the vanguard of leading law departments who have increased the rigor and attention to the way legal knowledge is created, managed and disseminated within the enterprise," said Dov Seidman, CEO and chairman of LRN.  "They recognize that to win in both the courts and the marketplace, they need real insight and expertise to make better legal decisions and take appropriate actions."

LRN's unique approach draws on a global network of more than 1,700 subject matter experts skilled in more than 3,000 areas of the law.  Under terms of the three-year partnership, Honeywell and its law firms also have access to the LRN KnowledgeBank, an online, searchable legal research library that contains access to more than 10 years worth of legal research and analysis conducted by LRN.
