LRN announces multiyear agreement with Anadarko Petroleum to provide legal, compliance and ethics education

LOS ANGELES, CA—April 8, 2005—LRN® , the provider of online legal, compliance and ethics education and corporate governance services, announced today that it has reached a multiyear agreement with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC), one of the world's largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies, to provide the Anadarko workforce with a an updated legal and ethics awareness education program through the LRN Legal Compliance and Ethics Center™ (LCEC®).

Anadarko, a FORTUNE® 500 company, joins a community of global leaders including Disney, Dow Chemical, DuPont, Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, Raytheon and a growing number of the Global 1000 who have embraced the flagship LRN enterprise-wide education, communication and culture-reinforcing solution. The agreement has an initial term of three years.
