LRN announces multiyear agreement with Viacom to provide legal, compliance and ethics education to Viacom's global workforce

LOS ANGELES, CA—February 3, 2005—LRN®, the provider of online legal, compliance and ethics education and corporate governance services, announced today that it has been selected to provide a comprehensive online compliance and ethics training program for Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B), a leading global media company.
