Navistar and LRN partner on comprehensive legal, compliance and ethics educationWARRENVILLE, IL and LOS ANGELES, CA—January 31, 2005—Navistar International Corporation® (NYSE: NAV), T he nation's largest combined commercial truck, school bus and mid-range diesel engine producer, and LRN, the provider of online legal, compliance and ethics education and corporate governance services, announced today that they have reached a multiyear agreement to provide the Navistar workforce with a legal and ethics awareness education program through the LRN Legal Compliance and Ethics Center™ (LCEC®). "Our success has been built on core values which include acting with integrity by being open, honest and ethical in all of our dealings with customers, suppliers and coworkers. Additional versions of key courses will be created with localized language translations in Spanish, Portuguese and French-Canadian for Navistar employees working outside the United States .
