Through LRN-developed Education SystemGlobal Aerospace Workforce Completes 30,000 LRN Ethical Behavior Courses within First Six Months

LOS ANGELES, CA (March 2, 2004) -- LRN, a leading provider of ethics, corporate governance and legal compliance solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, today announced the completion of 30,000 LRN-developed ethical behavior courses in six months by Goodrich Corporation's (NYSE: GR) global workforce.

Goodrich, an aerospace and defense supplier, has a global employee base of over 20,000 – all of whom have been learning about and participating in LRN-designed, business ethics education courses. Within the first six months of the launch of the new online education tool, Goodrich employees have completed 29,983 courses. Over 5,300 of the 17,801 active users have completed at least one course. On average, employees have completed five courses each.

“In demonstrating our social responsibility and good corporate citizenship, we need to think before we act, and then act with integrity in everything we do,” said Lori Engel, Chief Ethics Officer of Goodrich. “We expect all of our employees to behave in an honest and ethical manner at all times. At the same time we need to provide our employees with guidance and education to support this goal. LRN-based tools are helping our employees maintain the reputation that we've earned and upheld for more than 130 years.”

Goodrich is one of more than 100 companies utilizing the integrated ethics and legal compliance system designed by LRN. The system includes interactive and entertaining online tutorials, a handbook, and other educational tools that help employees learn how to identify, evaluate and resolve ethical and legal risks. All coursework is developed and hosted by the LRN Legal Compliance and Ethics Center (LCEC). The courses are designed to assist companies in streamlining the education implementation and administrative processes.

" We are in the midst of a crisis in business when consumer faith is at a very low level,” said Dov Seidman, CEO and founder of LRN. "But we are encouraged when companies like Goodrich join our community of leading companies to help realize our collective goal that sets the standard for acceptable corporate behavior. Having one of the world's finest companies step up and state publicly their commitment to reinforce and expand a ‘do-it-right' culture not only serves the company, it serves the business community and consumers as well.
