LRN announced that JPMorgan has signed a three-year agreement with LRN to provide its employees with an online learning platform

LOS ANGELES, CA, September 2, 2003 -- LRN, The Legal Knowledge Company today announced that J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., a division of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) has signed a three-year agreement with LRN to provide its employees with a comprehensive online learning platform covering many important areas of legal compliance. Employees will take and be certified on: What You Need To Know About E-mail; Money Laundering, Securities and the USA PATRIOT Act; Retail Suitability; Supervision of Communications with the Public; and Responsibilities of a Supervisor.

With increasing regulatory oversight and public attention focused on corporations and their compliance efforts, it's important for companies to have strong educational practices in place. "Today's markets demand that companies adhere to the strictest letter of the law," said Dov Seidman, Chairman and CEO of LRN.
