LRN and EthicsPoint expand partnership to deliver first end-to-end
solution for ethics and compliance management

LOS ANGELES, CA and PORTLAND, OR – June 6, 2007 – LRN, a leading provider of ethics and compliance solutions, and EthicsPoint, a leader in Issue, Event, and Loss Management solutions for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) marketplace, today announced an expanded partnership to deliver the first complete, end-to-end solution for companies seeking a holistic approach to managing their ethics and compliance processes. 

LRN and EthicsPoint offer a turn-key approach that integrates the often separate ethics and compliance systems and programs that companies have put in place to meet regulatory requirements. By unifying their core offerings, LRN and EthicsPoint provide greater efficiency and effectiveness for companies that define, prevent, detect and respond to ethics and compliance risks.

The LRN and EthicsPoint partnership began in 2004. Together, the companies delivered the first unified solution for an organization’s workforce by integrating the EthicsPoint anonymous employee helpline with LRN’s online education and certification offerings.   With this new, extended agreement, LRN and EthicsPoint will further integrate their solutions, including the addition of EthicsPoint’s Enterprise Incident Manger (EIM) into LRN’s integrated suite targeted to those responsible for managing ethics and compliance initiatives.
