LRN selected by Procter & Gamble for global education contractLeading Ethics, Governance and Legal Compliance Provider to Support Training for P&G's Global Workforce LOS ANGELES and CINCINNATI, April 29, 2004 -- LRN, a leading provider of ethics, governance and legal compliance education to Fortune 1000 companies, and The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG), a global leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of superior consumer and health care products, today announced LRN has been hired to make available a suite of online ethics and compliance training to P&G’s global workforce of over 100,000. Procter & Gamble joins a community of global leaders including The Walt Disney Company, The Dow Chemical Company, DuPont, Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson, MetLife, Pfizer, Raytheon and a growing number of the Fortune 500 companies who have made up to five-year commitments to help raise awareness and compliance with ethical and legal issues within their organizations. Working with LRN, P&G employees will receive an interactive and entertaining web-based tutorial, an online handbook and other educational tools to help them identify, evaluate, and resolve any ethical or legal risks they might encounter in their job. The program includes up to 20 different languages including English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian and German to serve the company’s employees worldwide.
