Neiman Marcus joins with LRN for company-wide legal compliance and ethics program

Los Angeles, CA, December 11, 2003 - LRN®, the leading provider of legal, compliance and ethics management services, announced today that it has signed a three-year agreement to provide Web-based ethics and legal compliance training to Neiman Marcus' 15,000 employees. Training will be provided via the LRN Legal Compliance and Ethics Center® (LCEC), an online education solution.

Through an interactive and entertaining web-based tutorial, online handbook and other educational tools, the LRN Legal Compliance and Ethics Center (LCEC) helps employees learn how to identify, evaluate and resolve ethical and legal risks. All coursework is developed and hosted by LRN, dramatically streamlining implementation and administration.
