The PMI Group receives LRN award for excellence in ethics and compliance trainingWALNUT CREEK and LOS ANGELES, CA—March 24, 2005—The PMI Group, Inc. (NYSE: PMI) received an award today recognizing its achievement of exemplary compliance in business ethics and legal awareness training from LRN. The award was presented to PMI today at PMI's quarterly all-employment meeting. "We've made a significant investment to provide world-class education to help our employees understand their personal responsibilities and apprise them of the legal and ethical issues they need to know," said Anthony D. Shore, compliance officer PMI. "This award is a testament to the commitment of our employees and the support for our compliance programs from the PMI management team." PMI licenses its online training system from LRN, which provides the Legal Compliance and Ethics Center™ (LCEC®), and administrates the program internally through its own PMI University .
