Professional services veteran, Paul Cole, joins LRN as managing director

LOS ANGELES — March 9, 2007 — LRN, a leading provider of ethics and compliance insights, approaches and tools, today announced that Paul Cole, a 25-year veteran of the professional services industry and previously a founder at Infosys Consulting, Inc., has joined LRN as Managing Director.

Cole is responsible for accelerating the company’s growth beyond its education platforms, helping LRN clients navigate the journey toward an ethical corporate culture that inspires principled business performance.  Specific areas of focus include the advancement of LRN’s professional services, community and subscription services, governance and ethics solutions and research and analysis services.

A seasoned business developer, operating executive and strategic advisor, Cole has engineered many new service innovations, business methodologies and processes, and led major business transformations for some of the world’s leading companies.  “By creating new services, adding delivery discipline and driving new sources of revenue for the company, Paul will help us to simultaneously deliver more value to our clients and accelerate our growth,” said Dov Seidman, CEO and chairman of LRN.  “He will also bring valuable new perspectives to the executive team.”

Prior to joining LRN, Cole served in a variety of senior executive positions at Infosys Consulting, CapGemini, Ernst & Young and Mercer Management Consulting.

A recognized expert in services innovation and in the field of customer relationship management, Cole co-authored the book, Customer Connections; New Strategies for Growth, (Harvard Business School Press 1997), which was nominated for the Financial Times/Booze Allen & Hamilton Business Book of the Year Award. He was also nominated for the Smithsonian/Computerworld 21st Century Pioneer Award for his work in this area.
